@GloZell and Kuwait Fans

Seems like the famous GloZell has been mentioned many times in Kuwait. Famous for her “0 Followers” video and Her Cinnamon Challenge video. GLozell found some Kuwaiti fans and made a special video for Kuwait.

I guess she got her amount of Love in Kuwait.

One thing that is famous in Kuwait is people stealing successful businesses. Thinking that this will get them the fame they dream of.

Creativity comes within and not by copying. Fatma Al-Othman owner of F2oDesigns is one of those talented artists that created a great business. Of course she was a target of thieves and her designs were stolen.

In the current Get2gether Expo, a business by the name of A&S designs have stolen her art and used it for their own benefit.

You know what’s worse? He actually admitted that he used them and “took them off the net”. He thinks taking it from the internet is alright. Guess what….IT IS STEALING….

Anyway below are some pics from the expo and his reply. Look out for copy cats.

“Shams” and Privacy

By now you should have at least heard about the video that is going around that shows Shams dancing in a wedding. A wedding that is full of women dancing that coud be sisters, daughters or mothers. Who are supposedly trusted the people there to enjoy their time.

Yet, thanks to shams, they just had to shoot a video to show a “celebrity” dance in a wedding. A celebrity is more important than peoples privacy. I think what happened one of the girls shot the video and sent it out to her friend “waaaaay shofay shams ga3da targe9 bel 3eres”. Then her friend send it to a couple of friends, and those send it to friends and then suddenly every whatsapp user has it received on their device. A technology that technically says, trust no one.

My question, shams dancing in a wedding, is it really important? why do celebrities have this attention? They are human and and others shouldn’t pay for whatever they do “wrong”.

As for the people spreading the video, really? mako salfa?

For a couple of weeks now rumors were spread that Real Madrid will be playing in Kuwait in May. This was confirmed yesterday’s press conference. Am I excited? not really.

Sports in Kuwait is going downhill and getting Real Madrid isn’t really a solution. The recent “changes” in the sports law isn’t really effective. Our MP’s are fighting and shouting for the lamest things, while the Kuwaiti sports authorities was banned in different sports and had the Kuwaiti flag replaced with the olympic flag.

However, this is not my case at all. My case is how can you invite such a big team, let the fans pay and you have a stadium that you should be ashamed of? Even Jaber stadium which is just standing there not being used because the people love the money before their country.

Let’s not forget that Euro 2012 will start on June 8th and national teams will not be really risking their players for a friendly game. If you tell me Ronaldo will be playing in the game, I say that’s what they said with Barcelona. Players their are very important, not the way they are treated here.

Don’t make us happy by paying teams to “entertain” us. I want to be happy by watching our teams prosper. I want to see Kuwait teams in the Asian Champions league, I want to see professional Kuwaiti players, I want to see stadium full of supporters and hopefully one day, I would like to see a Kuwaiti player in Europe.

Bringing a team doesn’t mean we won, it means we surrendered.

We noticed they just looove iced tea in Japan its more popular than soft drinks there which is quite good actually because they’re healthier of course …

Even Lipton tea there has various flavors …

Iced tea late :) ( I don’t want to know how it tastes :p)

Just passed by Al-Hamra Tower to have a quick peak before it’s soft opening tomorrow (at 10 am). The place looks amazing and it will not disappoint you. There will be many new shops such as Vera Wang and Adidas. It will really cover all your fashuon tastes.

As for coffee shops, well there are many to choose from such as Gucci Cafe, Versace Cafe, Yoforia, Chocolate Bar and many many more.

It will also host the new Grand Cinemas with its 9 VIP screens and a spa that includes a gym and a garden for your walking pleasure.

It will need a couple of months to have all the places open, but pass by tomorrow to have a quick look.
