So nice of them we left with lots of their products to try out!  it took me a while to try them all out…

I first tried the Ten Hair Masque. It contains ten unique ingredients and that’s why its called Ten. I think it would be an awesome hair repair for very damaged hair,the texture was very silky and rich also suitable for colored hair because its very hydrating.

Caviar shampoo and Conditioner use them with Micro-Beads Masque for magical results :love:  you will notice the difference from the first use! my hair has texture and its waves are bouncy, it really looks like its naturally blow dried I’m not kidding.

Caviar Repairx Re-texturizing Protein Cream: I used it right before hair styling for protection from heat. it also repairs damaged hair caused by heat and chemical styling. Its so light you wont feel its there.

Caviar Overnight Hair Rescue: great to apply after styling your hair for a party and feeling guilty for the damage, or even after swimming in the pool or the beach. Last week Demoiselle Marianne Store opened at Grand Avenues in the jeweleries section…

The Store was as beautiful as the invitation that was sent from them! its decorated in a Victorian way which was gorgeously  feminine

Few days ago Bath & Body Works sent me this set from their new Sweet Hearts Collection (  Daisy Dreamgirl) . I have tried it recently and It was really really nice I liked it a lot! its very feminine and fresh, perfect for summer

Even though I’m not a big fan of floral scents I liked it because it has a bit of a fruity kick to it.

We were invited to The Gaucho Grill to try out their new menu from starters to dessert (and everything in between). The Gaucho Grill has a special meaning for us, as it was our “Melcha” dinner restaurant.

Before starting the food tasting, the team responsible of the restaurant sat with us and told us the Gaucho Grill story. How they choose their meat, how and what they feed the cows, how they deliver the meat and how they keep it fresh. They told us about all the different types of cuts and the seasonings.

We got to say that they have some of the healthiest meat cuts if you are one of those diet freaks. It is organic and 100% Halal meat from Argentine.

The starters is enough to get you going, with a selection of salads, sausages, ceviches and empanadas (South American pastry). The selection is huge, they will definitely have something that you want.

The salads:

- Tuna salad
- Beetroot and goat cheese salad.
- Roasted vegetables salad
- Chicken salad

The Sausages:

- Chicken
- Veal
- Beef

Ceviche:

- Salmon
- Tuna
- Shrimps and lobster

Empanadas:

- Beef
- Chicken
- Cheese

As for the main course, you can choose whatever your taste bud wants. Their steaks are good, however you have to try their grilled chicken or steak burger (your choice of cut). Perfect!!

The meat is just so soft you do not need a steak knife to cut through.

Any meal can be ruined if the dessert isn’t good. Well, no worries there because their selection of dessert will give you one amazing ending. some of the sweets we tried are:

- Dulce de leche cheesecake
- Apple cinnamon pie (with mixed berries on the side)
- Chocolate Fondant
- Dulce de leche pie
- Chocolate cake

Every once in a while I like to try out new makeup products I don’t always stick to one kind of mascara or foundation! I always want to know if there’s something new and better out there.

 Recently I noticed that my concealer is not doing me any good I have sinus allergies and I don’t sleep well, which cause these dark circles under my eye, I figured I needed a new one .

I found this cute correction kit at benefit and tried it on. I could not believe how natural and sheer it looked on my skin yet it did the job

It has three different colors. the yellow (correct) disguise redness & discoloration with the creamy yellow neutralizer.

 Beige (cover) Hide dark circles, imperfections and blemishes with the beige concealer.

Pink (brighten) Turn tired eyes into big, bright eyes with the perky pink shade. (as they described)

You can wear them on top of each other and I assure you it would not look heavy or anything like that , their texture is very light and sheer.

Incas you did not know already Nestle Cafe has opened in Grand Avenues. not many know that because of its location maybe, which is in the Starbucks passageway. I liked the location,its a bit far from all the crowded cafes and restaurants in grand avenues and very spacious inside as well.

Anyways, Nestle invited us for a tasting and cookie making event. The staff showed us how to use the oven to bake the large cookies and then decorate them, Which was so much fun!

I had the chance to try out their Alfredo pasta and some of their sandwiches, they were quite good I have to say I would go there for savory not just the cookies.

For that event they brought the celebrity Hair stylist Michael Shaun Cobrey to host the event and introduce their product… why him?

well, Corby was one of the first people to work with Alterna products back in 1998! He worked with lots of celebrities Like  Nichole Richie, Katie Holmes ,who is also becoming the face of Alterna…

The event started with dinner at Missoni hotel in Luna restaurant. We got to have a chat with The Hair stylist and got to Know him a little. I have to say he is one of the nicest and funniest people I have ever met, he was very polite as well. It was an honor meeting him.

Oh and I had the chance to meet the lady in the pic Miss Harrods. she was so friendly and bubbly…

We got to look at the products and Talk about them With Corby on dinner…

After diner we went to a show room where Michael Shaun preformed a quick hair styles with his creatively smart techniques and talked to us about some of the Alterna products he was using. He did not need to use damaging hair products, hair spray, hair extensions ,fillings, to create a beautiful hair do. He did not even tees the hair not once! I think hair dressers in our Salons should learn a lot from him.
