Kicokids and panacheous celebrated their grand opening on Monday, 29/3/2010…

The theme was “A Kids’ Event” where children spent the day engaged in various activities and eating mini-jell-o, mini-cupcakes, mini-slush puppies and popcorn!

In summary, it was a blast!

Thanks to Darat AL-Zuhorwho sent us some nice pictures for their opening. We would like to share some of the pictures here.

Here is a map for their location in Hawalli:

Our emails to “His & Hers” are managed by Google. We use the same interface the Google mail uses which is very user friendly, provides a good amount of space and can be sync to smart phones easily. I know many blogs out there using Google to manage their e-mails.

So I thought I would write a quick guide for anyone who would like to use this service from Google. Before you start this please make sure that you can change your DNS server from your web host. Most web hosts will provide you the opportunity to change it manual. The one I am using changed it by request from me but it did not take time at all

1- Go to to Google standard edition page Here and click on get started. Thee is a premium edition of the service which is good for the largers businesses really.

2- Tick the “Administrator: I own or control this domain” and enter your domain (url) in the box and click get started

3- Fill in your personal information as required.

4- Create your first e-mail account and password

5- Verify that you own that domain. This can be done by uploading an HTML file to your site and let google check it. Or change the CNAME record with your domain host. The first choice is much easier and faster really if you got access to your site. Google will provide a step by step guide to do this.

6- Now login to your Google apps account at “google.com/a/yourdomain.com”. You will see that your email is not active. To activate click on ‘Activate Email’

7- Change your MX records (Click here). this will provide you with the list of how to change MX records for different hosts.

8- Your email should work after 48 hours. To login to your emails go to “mail.google.com/a/yourdomain.com”

9- Finally you can change the Google logo to any logo you want (tefelsef :P). Just go to your google apps dashboard, click on Domain Settings > Appearance and upload your logo. (must be GIF or PNG and 20Kb max)

I hope you find this information helpful.
