Samsung Note 10.1 From @ZainKuwait

Now, Android seems to haunt me down and wants me to like it. This is for the Android fans (Kuwaitiful, Uptill1 and Z-District). Zain Kuwait provided me with the Samsung Note 10.1 that they released recently. SO since yesterday I tried it out for the basics.

First thing you will notice is the Pen, old school but handy for quick usage. To top that, the screen is perfect for videos. For me, watching TV shows and movies on this device wil be perfect. Although I am not into tablets that much. I mean even as an “Apple fan boy” – as many call me- I never bought the ipad 2 or 3. I got bored really from the ipad as it wasn’t worth taking it around when I got everything on my iPhone.

Before I go on, the box contains the above. The charger, pen replacements and headsets.

The thing I liked about it (which I always wanted to try) was the multi-screen. This is very helpful when you want to surf the net, write an email and watch a movie all at the same time. However limited to certain apps only.
The bad thing about it, 3rd party apps such as Twitter and Whatsapp are really a headache. The text is small and really makes you tired when you read. I need to try other apps though.
Also, another thing..It is a phone. I wouldn’t use it as a phone what so ever. If it does not go in my pocket. It is not a phone. The NFC is not available on it though. So the beam and such things will not work.
Overall, I have to admit that it is quite nice. Still not a tablet fan, yet I would go for it.

In most Androids, you can go to the settings and enlarge text. I think that should resolve your issue with whatsapp and twitter. I’m not fond of the idea of a pen though. The only reason I would use it is for Draw Something.
Even though you’re all Apple, Mesho is taking a U-turn.

The Samsung tablets are amazing, but they are too big for my taste!
