Japanese Garden/China Town In Kuwait?

I posted this photo a couple of days back on instagram. I pass by this location everyday when I go back home after work. IT looks like a new garden that is Japanese/Chinese themed. I tried to go inside but it’s still not finishes and only the columns are up.
The place is located in Al-Zahra but not anywhere near a commercial location. It could be just a small park with asian houses and stuff. could be interesting. Will keep an eye on it. If you want to pass by check the below map.

November 03rd, 2012 at 08:55I live in Block 2 and see this daily; the construction began in early 2010 and has progressed very, very slowly. It seems to be a nice concept and in fact I have seen two other themed gardens / parks in Zahra being constructed, but I cannot find any public information about them and again, they don’t seem to be in a hurry with the development!
