“Shams” and Privacy

By now you should have at least heard about the video that is going around that shows Shams dancing in a wedding. A wedding that is full of women dancing that coud be sisters, daughters or mothers. Who are supposedly trusted the people there to enjoy their time.

Yet, thanks to shams, they just had to shoot a video to show a “celebrity” dance in a wedding. A celebrity is more important than peoples privacy. I think what happened one of the girls shot the video and sent it out to her friend “waaaaay shofay shams ga3da targe9 bel 3eres”. Then her friend send it to a couple of friends, and those send it to friends and then suddenly every whatsapp user has it received on their device. A technology that technically says, trust no one.

My question, shams dancing in a wedding, is it really important? why do celebrities have this attention? They are human and and others shouldn’t pay for whatever they do “wrong”.

As for the people spreading the video, really? mako salfa?

we as a culture suffer from celebritarianism, an obsession with celebrities and fame that’s deep like a religious belief and as shallow as dancing in weddings.

Is Shams a real celebrity? Paalzzzzz!! If I saw her at a coffee shop, I would look the other way and continue walking.

Unfortunately, people just want to gossip and that was the main reason the video was publicized

that’s why i respect people who have mobile lockers in the enterance for women to leave their mobiles and enter the ballroom without them
some people think it’s not an elegant thing to do but hell i dont care
