At Times Like These
09th September 2011 by HisAt time like this that I feel happy. I said it before and I will say it again “Blogging is my passion”. Todays second meeting made me happy.
First, Thanks to everyone for asking about Her. As we are waiting for the baby to arrive and see the light. I loved how everyone asked about him and Her during the meetup. As fellow bloggers who are concerned and want to be happy for us really means a lot to me. So thank you all.
Secondly, I would like to thank you all for being their in the meetup. Without you, it wouldn’t have been a success. We came with a new idea to help others that are more needy than us. I think the support of all blogs will make it a success and we will make someone happy.
Thirdly, I would like to thank all the small businesses that offered us lunch and dessert today. Kiwi Bakery, Crun Chy, Gelato Italiano, Mama Paulina juices and Pick-Yo. We are here to support the small businesses without taking any fees from them. This is true support from the bloggers.
Fourth, I would like to thank Lana Al-Resheed for her support in providing the venue for the meetup.
Finally, I would like to thank Q8Stig, Qortuba, Blog37, Omarker, Botamba and Dudette from 7ajidude for their help planning the event.
Yet there is a special thank you to Dr. Sameer from blog Reemas who gave us some good advice about our health while we blog.
Sorry I don’t have any pics of the event as I was busy with it most of the time. So hopefully other blogs will have better coverage about the event. Although I am waiting for Caffeinated to provide me with some pics :P.
I would like to say, maybe I do not read every blog. However, I respect them all. We might differ in opinions, but we share the same passion.
Thank you.

September 09th, 2011 at 08:06You were one of the first bloggers (ok, the first) who I saw in person. Even before I saw you, you were sweet and nice and exuded a positive blogging personality. I’m glad to say mu opinion of you when I met you face-to-face didn’t change that initial opinion.
Good luck with this new social charity initiative, it’s a super great idea, and I think it will direct the bloggingsphere to its initial roots of being a social and civil service.
And akeed a lot of people would ask you about hers, you two are a good honest couple, no surprise people are concered and anxious about hers.

September 10th, 2011 at 12:46At times like these we would like to thank the ones who instill in us good faith (hmmm laish madre yet) and a nice family spirit getting us together in one room to share ideas and brainstorm together with awesome food and awesome companionship.
Thanks to this weird friendship created between bloggers (because you know without these blogs most of us wouldn’t probably meet each other or give each other the spices that our friendships add in life) but seriously thanks for the Bloggers Union and everyone working on it
I can be akharef eshwey bs that’s coz I’m staring at my Chocolate cake and waiting to eat it, anyways it was awesome to see you guys today and to share that moment enshalla to more future awesome events!
